We can help you into your next home or investment, we arrange home loans and also business & commercial loans for our clients through the major banks and finance companies.
With us, you deal with one person to access many banks, this means only one set of your payslips, bank statements and best of all one application form.
We also help you structure your home loan (mortgage) to best
suit you.
Who pays you?
The banks pay us commission on settlement of a loan, so we do not charge you a fee. This is however not always the case with business or commercial loans(we may charge a fee).
Do I get a better deal through the bank direct?
The banks which we deal with offer the same specials through us as they do if you went to them direct. Because we are pricing deals all the time we have a good idea of the best deals going on at the time, so we push for this deal for you.
Why do the banks pay you?
Instead of paying an employee a salary, retirement benefits, redundancy and paying for their rent, phone, petrol, the many banks we deal with only pay us per performance. So if we don't perform we don't get paid. This type of proposition makes sense and some lending institutes deal solely through mortgage brokers for this reason.
